Powder coating
Powder coating emerges as a cutting-edge technology in the field of industrial surface treatments, particularly valued for its innovative approach to finishing metallic surfaces. This method is based on the application of a coating in the form of a fine powder, which, through a heating process, melts into a liquid state and then solidifies, forming a homogeneous and durable coating. This technique not only aesthetically enhances the product with a wide selection of colours and finishes but also provides optimal resistance to corrosion, significantly prolonging the lifespan of the treated item. One of the most relevant aspects of powder coating is its eco-compatibility; unlike traditional methods that extensively use solvents, this procedure minimises environmental impact, establishing itself as a highly efficient and environmentally friendly solution.
Glossy and matt varnish
The application of a clear varnish on materials such as brass is a common practice to give products a glossy finish while preserving the characteristic golden and shiny colour of the metal. This treatment not only enhances the object's aesthetics, making it more attractive and refined, but also provides additional protection against oxidation and wear, ensuring greater durability over time. Thanks to this finish, which can be glossy or matte, brass items can maintain their original splendour and continue to enhance environments with their timeless charm. This type of varnishing is also applicable to other metals, such as iron and steel, to prevent rust over time or to keep protected the treatment that has been applied (such as satin finishing or polishing). Thanks to our capabilities, we also offer varnishing with various colours and RAL finishes, allowing us to accommodate the customer's preferred finish.
